Understanding your invoice

Your bill is assembled from what your property actually is — a platform base, your rooms, staff seats beyond the free ones, and any add-ons — so every line is something you can point at. Payments are handled by Nammastack, the merchant of record for Staywally.

01How the total is built

The invoice starts from the platform base and adds a per-room charge for your room count and a per-seat charge for staff beyond the first ten, which are free. On top of that sit any add-on features you've enabled. You can see this same build-up live on the pricing page before you ever get a bill.

Your class (Lite, Midscale and so on) is derived from your average room rate, and it scales the plan price — it is not a separate line you pick.

02Proration and changes mid-cycle

Add rooms, seats or a feature part-way through a billing period and the change is prorated for the days remaining, so you're never charged a full month for a few days. The next invoice shows the adjustment as its own line.

03GST and the tax invoice

GST is applied and shown on a proper tax invoice carrying the Nammastack GSTIN, so your accounts team can claim input credit in the normal way. Annual billing is charged as ten months for twelve, and the discount appears as a line on the invoice.
