We use very few cookies, and none at all for advertising. This page lists every one and what it does.
01The guest portal
The guest portal sets one cookie: a session identifier tying the browser to the room whose QR code was scanned. It is strictly necessary, expires at checkout, and carries no tracking.
There are no analytics or advertising cookies in the guest portal, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to.
02The staff and admin consoles
A session cookie holds the signed-in staff session. A preference cookie remembers the department filter and the light or dark choice on shared screens. Both are strictly necessary or functional.
03Our marketing site
We use a privacy-preserving analytics tool that sets no cookie and stores no individual identifier — only aggregate page counts and referrers. If you decline non-essential cookies, nothing about your visit changes, because we do not set any.
04Controlling cookies
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the session cookie will prevent sign-in to the staff console and will end a guest’s portal session, but nothing else in the product depends on them.
