About
We started by answering the front desk phone.
Our first customer let two of us sit behind reception for a week. Nearly every call was a guest asking for something small, and nearly every delay was a note that never reached the right person. Staywally is what we built instead of that notepad.

What we hold to.
The guest should never see the software
No install, no account, no branding of ours in the room. If a guest notices Staywally at all, we have got something wrong.
A promise with a clock on it
Every request carries a target time the guest can see. Staff are nudged before it breaks, not blamed after.
Built for weak signal and old phones
Our guests are on hotel Wi-Fi in a stone building. The portal works on a five-year-old handset and queues requests when the connection drops.
One hotel never sees another
Tenant data is isolated at the database row, not in application code. We would rather the architecture be boring than clever.
