Connecting your PMS
Connecting your PMS lets the guest's name and check-out date flow in automatically and lets room-service charges post back to the folio, so the desk settles one bill.
01Supported systems
Opera Cloud, Mews, Cloudbeds and eZee connect out of the box; other systems can integrate through our public API. For point of sale, Petpooja is supported for pushing food charges.
You only need one PMS connected per property. If you run more than one, connect the one that owns the folio.
02Credentials
In the admin console, open Integrations, choose your PMS and enter the API credentials your PMS issues for third-party access — usually a client ID and secret, or a property token. Your PMS's own documentation explains where to generate these; treat them like a password.
Once saved, the connection is verified immediately, and the property shows as PMS-connected across Staywally.
03Mapping rooms
Match each Staywally room to the corresponding room in your PMS so a charge lands on the right folio. Where numbers already match, this is automatic; anything that doesn't match is listed for you to map by hand.
Get the mapping right once and folio posting, guest name sync and check-out dates all just work from then on.
